OUR STORY

Rackit Was Built by Doing the Work.

Rackit started with a straightforward goal: help brands take the day-to-day work of fulfillment off their plate.

But as we worked more closely with our clients, the job became bigger than shipping eCommerce orders. Inventory needed to be received and managed. Retail purchase orders needed their own preparation. Products needed barcodes, labels, kits, and custom packing. Events and special projects created workflows that didn't fit neatly into a standard fulfillment service.

So Rackit evolved around the work our clients actually needed done.

Today, we bring warehousing, eCommerce fulfillment, retail operations, and custom projects together under one team—not because we set out to offer a long list of services, but because that's what it takes to properly support the operations behind a growing brand.

We're still building Rackit the same way: stay close to the operation, understand what the client needs, and build the process around it.
